How do I order?
Orders only open when a delivery run is announced. You can only buy items listed in “What’s on Our Next Run”.

When do you deliver?
We deliver on scheduled delivery runs. Dates and times are announced with each run.

Where do I collect my order?
You choose your pickup location and time during checkout from our fixed route.

Do you ship by post?
No. All orders are collected in person from our pickup points.

How do I know how to store or reheat my food?
Every product includes Storage & Cooking instructions on its product page.

Can I freeze the food?
Most products can be frozen. Check the Storage & Cooking section on each product.

What if I miss the cut-off?
Join the mailing list to get the next menu as soon as it opens.
