Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed with Cuisine Errante through our website, Facebook, or any other ordering channel.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Our business model

Cuisine Errante operates on a made to order delivery run system.

We do not hold stock.

We do not produce in advance.

Every order is prepared specifically for a stated delivery date.

Orders are fulfilled through in person collection at designated local drop off points only.

Ordering and payment

Orders must be placed and paid for before the published order deadline for each delivery run.

Once the order deadline has passed: • Ingredients have been allocated

• Production has begun

• Your order is locked

No changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible after this point.

Product availability

All products are produced in limited quantities.

If a product reaches its production limit, it will no longer be available to order for that delivery run.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer in order to ensure fair availability.

Delivery and collection

Orders must be collected at the stated drop off point and time for your selected delivery run.

It is your responsibility to attend or arrange for someone else to collect on your behalf.

We do not offer postal shipping or courier delivery.

Missed collections

Because all products are made fresh for a specific date, any order that is not collected at the agreed time is considered fulfilled.

Missed collections cannot be refunded, replaced, or carried forward to another delivery run.

Product handling after collection

Once an order has been handed to you or your representative, responsibility for storage and food safety passes to you.

We recommend refrigerating or freezing products as appropriate as soon as possible after collection.

Quality and complaints

We take great care in producing and handling our food.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of collection so we can investigate.

Please provide: • Your name

• Order details

• A description of the issue

• Photos if relevant

We will always act fairly and reasonably when assessing any concern.

Cancellations by Cuisine Errante

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a delivery run, you will be offered either: • A full refund

• Or transfer of your order to the next available delivery run

Food allergies and dietary requirements

It is your responsibility to read product descriptions and ingredient information before ordering.

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Acceptance of these terms
