Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Cuisine Errante does not use postal or courier shipping.
All orders are produced fresh to order and delivered through our scheduled delivery runs to set local drop off points.
This allows us to keep our food as fresh, safe, and high quality as possible.
How delivery works
When you place an order, you are reserving products for a specific delivery date.
For each delivery run, we publish: • The delivery date
• The available drop off locations
• The time windows for collection
These details are shown on our website and on our Facebook page before ordering opens.
You will select or be assigned a drop off point for collection.
No postal shipping
We do not ship by post or courier.
We do not use refrigerated delivery services.
We do not send parcels.
All products must be collected in person at one of our designated drop off points.
This ensures your food is handed to you in the condition it was intended.
Missed collections
Because all food is produced fresh for a specific date, orders that are not collected at the agreed drop off time cannot be refunded or carried forward.
If you know you cannot attend your chosen collection time, you may: • Send someone else to collect on your behalf
• Contact us before the delivery date to discuss options
Once the delivery run has taken place, uncollected orders are considered completed.
Changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to the stated order deadline for each delivery run.
After that point, production has begun and ingredients have been allocated. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after the cut off.
Why we work this way
We operate using small batch, made to order production.
We do not hold stock and we do not produce in advance.
Our delivery run system allows us to: • Keep food fresh
• Avoid waste
• Maintain full quality control
• Deliver directly from us to you
