A proper curry for those who like real heat.
Our Beef Madras is a bold, full-flavoured dish made with tender beef slow-cooked in a rich, spiced tomato and onion sauce with a strong chilli kick. This is not a mild curry. It delivers heat, depth, and a proper curry house finish that builds with every bite.
The beef is cooked until tender and holds its texture after reheating, coated in a sauce that brings together spice, acidity, and warmth without becoming heavy.
This is a hot dish, ideal if you enjoy serious spice and intensity.
Each portion is cooked fresh during our production weekend, chilled, and ready for you to reheat at home.
Sides are sold separately.
Simple. Proper. This is ours.
