Storage:
Refrigerate on arrival and keep chilled at 0–4°C. Consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing on the day of collection. Defrost fully in the refrigerator before reheating.
Reheating:
- Reheat until piping hot throughout.
- Microwave; do not microwave in foil tin: Empty the Rice into a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and heat in short intervals, stirring between, until piping hot throughout.
- Hob: Transfer to a pan, add a splash of water, cover and heat gently, stirring until hot throughout.
Safety:
Do not reheat more than once. Discard if packaging is damaged or food shows signs of spoilage.
