Storage:
Refrigerate on arrival and keep chilled at 0–4°C. Consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing on the day of collection. Defrost fully in the refrigerator before reheating.
Before reheating
- Remove the meat from the vacuum bag.
- Place in an ovenproof dish or air-fryer basket.
- Spoon any sauce or juices from the bag over the meat.
Oven (recommended)
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan).
- Cover loosely with foil.
- Heat for 12–15 minutes until hot throughout.
- Remove foil for the final 3–5 minutes to restore colour and caramelisation.
Air fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
- Place meat in basket.
- Heat for 6–8 minutes, turning once.
- Spoon over juices halfway through if needed.
Important
- Do not reheat in the vacuum bag
- Do not reheat more than once
- Microwave (if needed): Transfer to a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and heat in short intervals until piping hot throughout.
Safety:
Once opened, consume immediately.

The pork is vacuum packed to lock in flavour and moisture, ready to reheat gently at home for the best result.
