Chinese Chicken Curry

Storage:
Refrigerate on arrival and keep chilled at 0–4°C. Consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing on the day of collection. Defrost fully in the refrigerator before reheating.

Reheating:

• Oven (recommended): Remove the cardboard lid, cover loosely with foil, and heat at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until piping hot throughout.
• Microwave (if needed): Empty the food into a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and heat in short intervals, stirring between, until piping hot throughout.

Safety:

Do not reheat more than once. Discard if packaging is damaged or food shows signs of spoilage.
