Slow-cooked mushrooms, onion and garlic are reduced with red wine and fresh thyme to create a dark, glossy gravy full of proper flavour. Fully encased in golden shortcrust pastry and baked in our individual pie tins.

Hearty, comforting and built like a proper British pie, just without the meat.
