Storage & Cooking Information

Storage:

Refrigerate on arrival and keep chilled at 0–4°C. Consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing on the day of collection. Defrost fully in the refrigerator before reheating.

Before reheating

  1. Remove the meat from the vacuum bag.
  2. Place in an ovenproof dish or air-fryer basket.
  3. Spoon any sauce or juices from the bag over the meat.

Oven (recommended)

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan).
  2. Cover loosely with foil.
  3. Heat for 12–15 minutes until hot throughout.
  4. Remove foil for the final 3–5 minutes to restore colour and caramelisation.

Air fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Place meat in basket.
  3. Heat for 6–8 minutes, turning once.
  4. Spoon over juices halfway through if needed.

Important

  • Do not reheat in the vacuum bag
  • Do not reheat more than once
  • Microwave (if needed): Transfer to a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and heat in short intervals until piping hot throughout.

Safety:
Once opened, consume immediately.

Do not reheat more than once. Discard if packaging is damaged or food shows signs of spoilage.
